Alpha Property Management is a full-service real estate management and brokerage firm servicing residential and commercial properties with the tenants and owners agenda in mind.
The founding members of Alpha Property Management brought together their years of experience and client dedication, as owners and managers, to form a new and innovative way to manage properties specific to the New York Metro area. The key to our success has always been to treat each asset and it’s community with the highest regard to integrity while being proactive in solving the challenges they face.
Our diligent work has paid off in streamlining our service from comprehensive management fees to complete transparency to owners and residents that utilize our services. We strive to be accessible to our tenants and landlords to provide the highest quality of service, when desired. We hold ourselves to highest standards of integrity and professionalism and we measure these standards by setting achievable financials goals.

The Team
As a founding member and the President of Alpha Property Management, David Movahedian successfully obtained this Bachelors of Science in Biology from Stony Brook University. David moved on to obtaining a Paralegal Certificate from Nassau Community College and a certificate in Photovoltaic Installation and Maintenance from Farmingdale State University, as a business venture. Eventually David fell in love with the prospects of real estate investing and management in 2004 and he moved on to working for various private and non-profit firms on Long Island and in New York City. David is currently a Real Estate Salesperson, Registered Apartment Manager (RAM), certified Construction Site Supervisor, and currently working on obtaining his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
